Hello, I plan on taking a train from London to get to Leeds Castle. Their website suggests a taxi or walk from Bearstead station to reach the castle. - is it convenient to find a taxi? Is it expensive? -I don’t mind walking, but I worry about the safety. Is it just walking along o roadway or is there a clear path? Thanks

My suggestion would be to park in Leeds Church car park and walk in using the public footpath the views are spectacular. We used to do this many moons ago. Hope this helps.
