Took my sons for fun swim today got there at 11.15 told very abruptly that it’s cancelled due to staff shortages but then told that 15 people have already been allowed in!!! Apparently only one life …Full review by Kelly Evans

Pay for a membership mainly so we can swim and every time we go for a swim we are told it’s full. Perhaps they need to have more sessions if they are always full??Full review by Vanessa Clewlow
