Your best bet would be to use on street parking nearby, somewhere like Middlesex Street or the smaller streets off the major roads like Minories. Because it's a Sunday, parking restriction shouldn't apply, so you'd be able to park free on single yellow lines. There are also some parking meter in the side streets off Leadenhall Street or Houndsditch, which shouldn't be busy and again should be free to park in. Good luck!
