They've been holding onto my money for a cancelled tour for over a year. Voice mail is full and they don't respond to emails. Are they still in business?

They seem to have restarted operations under new ownership. I was able to use my credit to book a new tour in June '22.
How can I contact the Landsea Tours and Adventures to make sure we are included in the hotel pick-up for the tours we booked. I don't see a phone number or an email address for the company anywhere on this website. Or do we ask hotel personnel/concierge to contact them for us?

Hi Gibbschad, I did have knowledge of this, when I was on the tour with Landsea they were asking about airport drop-offs etc., but to make sure I made contact with them and although paraphrased the following information is direct from Landsea. Well, for airport pick ups Landsea do not recommend it for the Victoria tour, but for all the other tours it is available. They usually pick up there about and hour to an hour and 15 minutes before the tours official time. There is a Fairmont Hotel in the airport that they use as the pick up location. If you book a tour they will advise you of the time to be ready. Bear in mind you would have to base your pickup time on actually being clear of immigration, bag pickup and customs, and be ready waiting in the hotel foyer. Your luggage can be stored as they also do this for pre and post cruise customers. Information about the hotel from their website: "Fairmont Vancouver Airport is located within Vancouver's International Airport (YVR). Situated directly above the US departures terminal and check-in counters, the hotel is a short stroll from both International arrivals and the Domestic arrivals and departures area".
